Kolkata: On June 22, The Hindu (run by The Hindu Group, a subsidiary of Kasturi & Sons Limited) communicated, via various channels, to around 100 of its employees across multiple bureaus, asking them to resign or face termination, citing the losses incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic as the reason.
